Conference FAQ

  • How much does it cost to attend the Splash User Conference 14-16 September?

    Introductory Pricing (through 4 August): €650 per attendee
    Early Bird Pricing (5 August - 31 August): €750 per attendee
    Conference Pricing (1 September - 16 September): €850 per attendee
    Virtual Rate (16 September): €300

  • How much does it cost to attend the Hands-On Workshops?

    All workshops are €495 per person and includes lunch. Attendees should bring their own laptops for the workshops.

  • What is the guest policy?

    You must be registered for Splash to be eligible to attend any of the conference events. Full conference registrations are permitted to purchase a guest pass as an add-on to the purchase of their full conference registration pass. Guest passes include entry to Splash Night Out event for €150. Your guest can be added on during registration. Guests must be 21 years of age.

  • What is the cancellation policy of the meeting?

    We will process refunds for any cancellation until 19 August 2022. We cannot process any refunds after that date. Please note that a 7% administrative fee will be subtracted from the refund amount to cover credit card processing costs.
    If you cannot attend a Splash event after this time, you are permitted to send another employee from your company at no additional charge. If you need to do this, please send an email to [email protected] with details of the person attending in your place.

  • I have questions about my registration, who can I contact?

  • How do I book my hotel room?

    There are limited rooms available in our discounted hotel block that can be booked with a special link. This link is coming soon.

  • Who do I contact for general conference questions?

  • Are there accommodations for people with disabilities and those requiring special assistance?

  • Where will the meeting take place?

    The Splash conference in 2022 will take place at the Pullman Montparnasse, located at 19 Rue du Commandant René Mouchotte, 75014 Paris, France.

  • Where is onsite registration and what are its hours? When can I pick up my badge?

    You can pick up your badge and conference materials once you arrive to the meeting in the registration area on floor 3 of the Pullman Montparnasse. Registration Hours are Wednesday 14 September 8:00-19:30 and Thursday 15 September 8:00-16:00.

  • Am I required to wear my badge?

    Yes, badges are required for admittance to all sessions, meals, and evening parties.

  • What do the lanyard colors represent?

    Yellow = Customer
    Red = Prospect
    Green = Partner
    Blue = Employee
    Black = Other (staff, analyst or press)

  • How can I obtain a copy of a presenter’s presentation?

    Presentations that have been approved to be shared will be made available to registered attendees through the mobile event app.

  • Will any of the conference sessions be live-streamed or be accessible through video recordings?

    Yes, the keynote and select breakout sessions will be available via live-stream and through the Splash virtual experience platform (with paid event registration)for one month following the event. For more details, visit the Splash Virtual page.

  • Can I use my mobile phone during the conference?

    As a courtesy to presenters and other attendees, we ask that you kindly turn off your mobile phones or set them to vibrate during sessions and keynote presentations. Please quietly exit the room to attend to important phone calls. Videotaping of any sessions is strictly prohibited.

  • Will there be photographers/videographers at the conference?

    Yes. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the Splash 2022 Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to OneStream's use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.

  • How do I log on to wi-fi?

    Wi-fi will be provided for attendees of the Splash conference in meeting areas. The username and password will be available at a later date.

  • Tell me about the Partner Summit.

    The Partner Summit is a great opportunity for partners to learn more about working with OneStream and successful procedures for implementations, go-to-market and more. Be sure to join us on Wednesday at the Pullman Montparnasse for lunch and these sessions.

  • Where do I catch the Shuttle for Splash Night Out?

    Shuttle transportation will be provided for Splash Night Out attendees from 19:00 to 23:59. Shuttle Pickup will occur just outside of the front doors of the hotel.

  • Are there any give-back opportunities at Splash?

    Yes, there will be! Check back soon for more details.

  • Will you have any options available to store bags on Friday after hotel check-out?

    Yes, luggage storage will be available at the registration area from 8:30 to 13:30 at no charge.

  • Is there an official conference hashtag I can use in my social media posts?

    The conference hashtag is #SplashParis

  • I am interested in taking the OneStream Certification Exam. Can I take the exam at Splash?

    No, we are unable to offer certification testing at Splash Paris. However, if you would like to join the exclusive community of OneStream Certified Professions, register for the Lead Architect Exam today!

Safety Protocols FAQs

Proof of COVID-19 Negative Test Q&As:


As we continue to monitor the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Splash has implemented a COVID-19 testing requirement to attend Splash in person in Paris.

All attendees will be required to show proof of negative PCR or Rapid COVID-19 test to enter the conference.This policy follows guidance and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as many businesses, organizations, entertainment venues, and college campuses. These protocols are for the protection of Splash attendees.


"Recent negative PCR COVID-19 test" must be administered no more than 3 days prior to traveling to Paris. “Recent negative COVID-19 Rapid test” must be administered no more than 2 days prior to traveling to Paris.



To attend Splash, each individual participant will be required to show the following along with a government-issued ID during the check-in process:

• Their negative test result reflecting the date the test was administered
Participants who are unable or unwilling to provide the appropriate documentation will not be permitted to enter. Please note, providing false information and/or failing to comply with Splash staff directives may result in removal from Splash without refund of registration fee.

We will continue to monitor ongoing federal, state, and local recommendations and reserve the right to alter plans as needed.

  • I’ve tested positive for COVID prior to Splash. Now what?

    Please email [email protected] and we can switch your registration from an in-person registration to a virtual registration so you can still enjoy a sampling of Splash content for 30 days following the event. We will refund any price difference paid (minus the 7% processing fee).

  • Can I send you my test results in advance of arriving to Splash?

    No. Do not send us your documentation in advance of Splash.
    OneStream is not storing or recording your test result information.

  • What type of COVID Test is Splash accepting for entry?

    Approved tests for Splash are the PCR/NAAT test taken 72 hours prior to traveling to Splash OR a rapid Antigen/TRAg test taken 48 hours before traveling to Splash.

  • What information must be included on the test results?

    A test result must be in the form of written documentation (paper or digital copy). The documentation must include:
    1. Type of test (indicating it is a NAAT or antigen test)
    2. Entity issuing the result (e.g., laboratory, healthcare entity, or telehealth service)
    3. Sample collection date (A negative test result must show the date the test was administered)
    4. Information that identifies the person (full name plus at least one other identifier such as date of birth)
    5. Test result

  • Is Splash collecting or storing my test results information?

    No. Splash is not storing/recording your test result information.

  • Can I use an App to display my test results?

    Yes. You may use an app (e.g., Clear, Bindle, VaccineCheck, etc.) for your proof so long as it clearly displays your name and test result date. Splash does not have a specific app we are using to verify test results.

  • Can I collect someone else’s registration materials if I show you their test results?

    No. Each individual participant needs to show their own test result with a government-issued ID upon entry into the venue. Organizations with multiple participants must have everyone show their own test results with a government-issued ID to receive their conference credentials.

  • Where can I find a testing site near me?

    Here is a resource regarding COVID-19 testing sites.

  • Are Self-Test/Home Test meet accepted?

    Self-Test/Home Test must meet the following criteria to be accepted:
    • The test must be a SARS-CoV-2 viral test (nucleic acid amplification test [NAAT] or antigen test) with Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) OR the relevant national authority where the test is administered.
    The testing procedure must include a telehealth service affiliated with the manufacturer of the test that provides real-time supervision remotely through an audio and video connection. Some FDA-authorized self-tests that include a telehealth service may require a prescription.
    • The telehealth provider must confirm your identity, observe the sample collection and testing procedures, confirm the test result, and issue a report that meets the requirements.
    • You must be able to present the documentation of test results at registration.

  • Who needs to show their test verification when attending Splash?

    ALL registered Splash attendees are required to show their negative COVID test results, including guests and staff.

  • Will COVID testing be available onsite at Splash?

    No, we will not have COVID testing available at Splash. However, there are nearby drugstore locations that can administer a COVID test.

  • Will you accept proof of antibodies (recent COVID infection) in place of a negative test?

    No, antibody proof will not be accepted. All attendees must provide proof of a negative COVID test.
