I’m registered, how can I get my badge?

You can pick up your badge once you arrive onsite at the conference registration area. Registration hours are Monday, 15:00 – 18:00; Tuesday, 8:00 – 10:00, 15:00 – 17:00, &  17:00 – 19:30 (Prado); and Wednesday 8:00 – 10:00.

What is the cancellation policy of the meeting?

We will process full refunds for any cancellation until 15 August 2019. We cannot process any refunds after that date. However, if you cannot attend a Splash event after this time, you are permitted to send another employee from your company at no additional charge. If you need to do this, please send an email to splash@onestreamsoftware.com with details of the person attending in your place.

Where will the meeting take place?

The headquarter hotel is the Melia Castilla located at Calle del Poeta Joan Maragall, 43 Madrid.

Am I required to wear my badge?

Yes, badges are required for admittance to all sessions, meals, and evening parties.

When can I visit the sponsors?

Participating sponsors will have tabletop displays setup in the meals and breaks area and you can visit a representative from their company at that time.

Is there an official conference hashtag I can use in my social media posts?

Yes. The official conference hashtag is #SplashMadrid.

How can I obtain a copy of a presenter’s presentation?

Presentations that have been approved to be shared will be made available through the mobile event app or on our Splash website starting the day the conference begins.

Are there accommodations for people with disabilities and those requiring special assistance?

If you require special assistance, auxiliary aids, or other reasonable accommodations to fully participate in this event, please email splash@onestreamsoftware.com. Information regarding disabilities and special assistance will remain confidential.

Can I use my mobile phone during the conference?

As a courtesy to presenters and other attendees, we ask that you kindly turn off your mobile phones or set them to vibrate during sessions and keynote presentations. Please quietly exit the room to attend to important phone calls. Videotaping of any sessions is strictly prohibited.

Who do I contact for general conference questions?

How do I log on to wi-fi?

To connect to the WiFi at the hotel:

  • Participants accommodated in the hotel will receive the details to connect to the WiFi while the check-in (username and password)

  • Participants not accommodated in the hotel can use the WiFi system by connecting themselves to the hotel WiFi signal, using MELIA as username and CASTILLA1 as password (case sensitive) 

Where do I catch the Shuttle to Platea for Splash Night Out?

Shuttle service will run continuously from the lobby level of the Melia to Platea from 18:00 to 22:00 on 18 September. The address for the party is Calle de Goya, 5, 7, 28001 Madrid, Spain.

Tell me about the Partner Summit.

The partner summit is a great opportunity for partners to learn more about working with OneStream and successful procedures for implementations, go to market and more. Be sure to join us on Tuesday from 13:00 to 16:00 in the Auditorium of Melia Castilla.

Will any of the conference sessions be live-streamed or be accessible through video recordings?

No, but most presentations will be made available through the mobile event app or on the Splash website presentations page. Videotaping of any sessions is strictly prohibited.

Will there be photographers/videographers at the conference?

Yes. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the Splash 2019 Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to OneStreams use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities
